Are the stones in your jewellery genuine natural stones?
Absolutely. All the gemstones in our collections are genuine semi-precious or precious stones, selected for their quality from trusted suppliers. A small number of them may, however, have been colour-treated (such as certain agates), but we state on each product page whether any treatment has been applied.
What should I do if I want to give a piece of jewellery as a gift but am unsure about the size?
This is a common question! To ensure your gift is just right, we recommend sticking to our standard sizes: generally 18 cm for a ladies’ bracelet and 45 cm for a necklace. If the piece turns out to be too big or too small, our workshop in Geneva will be happy to adjust it to the correct size free of charge.
Do your creations come with a guarantee?
Yes, our pieces are guaranteed for one year should the wire break or stretch. However, this does not cover the breakage or loss of stones. Any missing stones can be replaced at your request if we have them in stock, but you will be responsible for the cost.
Where is your jewellery made and fitted?
All our jewellery is lovingly crafted in our workshop based in Geneva, Switzerland. This is also where we handle all requests for personalisation or resizing. If you have any questions, you can contact us here via the online form or call us directly.
Can I wear your jewellery if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. We place the utmost importance on the choice of our findings and metal components. We use hypoallergenic materials such as 925 sterling silver, 14K or 18K gold and stainless steel, which comply with European standards (nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free), so that you can wear your jewellery every day with complete peace of mind.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been confirmed and prepared by our workshop, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track every stage of the delivery right to your letterbox.

Stringing Technique
Our necklaces are crafted in our Geneva workshop using semi-precious stone beads, strung on all-natural silk thread, prized for its strength. The technique we use involves tying knots on either side of each bead, thereby ensuring they stay securely in place. The bracelets are strung on elasticated silicone cord, which is durable and comfortable. We also sometimes use steel wire in our creations. Discover all our stringing techniques here.
Materials
We favour clasps made from 925 sterling silver or gold-plated silver. To add a touch of sparkle to our creations, we incorporate pyrite, haematite and lava stones, plated in gold or silver, into their design. We also use gold-plated stainless steel charms in some of our designs.

Our gemstones and semi-precious stones come from all over the world: Brazil, Chile, Afghanistan, … We source them from trusted suppliers with whom we have been working for many years.
