Tiger’s Eye:
Tiger’s eye is a variety of microcrystalline quartz, known for its distinctive sheen which resembles the gleam in a tiger’s eye.
This gemstone typically features bands or patterns of iridescent colours ranging from golden brown to yellow.
Its formation begins with crocidolite, a fibrous blue mineral which is also one of the basic components of falcon’s eye.
The main deposits of tiger’s eye are found in South Africa, Australia, Myanmar and India.
