Bracelet Size Guide
Measuring your wrist: Use a flexible measuring tape, or a piece of string that you can then measure against a ruler. Wrap it around your wrist to determine your reference measurement. The average bracelet size is 18 cm for women and 21 cm for men.
Bead diameter: If you choose beads measuring 10 mm in diameter, add 1 to 2 cm to your usual size.
If the bracelet you ordered is not the right size, we can adjust it free of charge in our workshops. Simply return it to us by post and let us know what changes you require. Any additional stones needed may be charged separately.
- Angelite is a very soft stone; please store each piece individually in a thick pouch. We recommend that you remove your jewellery before engaging in any physical activity
- It must never be wet. Water makes it porous and eventually causes it to crumble, as it alters its composition. It is therefore essential that it is cleaned using a dry method
- Avoid contact with corrosive products, such as detergents and other household cleaning products, which could damage it
- Apply your cosmetics (perfume, creams) before putting on your gemstone
- Store your jewellery in a dry place, away from light and heat

Angelite is a semi-precious stone with a soft, soothing blue colour, whose name derives from its symbolic connection with the spiritual world. This name is, in fact, a trade name for a light blue variety of anhydrite. This term derives from the Ancient Greek word ‘anhudros’, meaning ‘without water’, and describes its distinctive molecular structure. This stone is formed when large bodies of salt water evaporate in an arid climate. Its chemical composition is characterised by the complete absence of water molecules.
The blue variety, known as angelite, was not discovered and brought to market until 1987, following the discovery of significant deposits in Peru. Even today, it comes mainly from that country.

How should I measure my wrist to choose the right size for my angelite bracelet?
To find your ideal size, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist just above the wrist bone without tightening it. Alternatively, use a piece of string and measure it afterwards. Our expert tip: for a comfortable fit, add 1 cm to your measurement if you choose fine 6 mm beads. For 8 mm or 10 mm beads, add between 1.5 and 2 cm. Larger beads are thicker and therefore reduce the bracelet’s internal diameter when worn.
Which chakra is associated with angelite?
Angelite is traditionally associated with the throat chakra (Vishuddha), which is connected to communication and self-expression. Due to its deeply spiritual nature, it is also believed to work in synergy with the third-eye chakra (Ajna) and crown chakra (Sahasrara). Yes, its gentle energy makes it suitable for long-term use. To preserve the bracelet and keep it in good condition, remove it before any physical activity and whenever it may come into contact with water. Angelite is a soft, porous stone that can easily become damaged.
Can I cleanse an angelite bracelet with water?
No, an angelite bracelet should never get wet. Chemically, angelite is calcium sulphate (anhydrite). Prolonged contact with water causes it to rehydrate and transform into gypsum, making it porous and eventually causing it to whiten and deteriorate. To cleanse it safely, choose gentle methods such as smudging with natural incense (sage or palo santo), or place it on a recharging base such as a selenite Flower of Life or a quartz cluster.
How can I recharge the energy of my angelite bracelet?
To restore the full vibrational energy of your angelite, expose the bracelet to gentle moonlight, ideally on a full-moon night. You may also place your jewellery inside a quartz geode or on a rock crystal cluster for a few hours. Avoid intense direct sunlight, as it may dull the lustre of the stone’s original sky-blue colour.
